Coaches in the CYO program are critical to the success of the program. Success is not measured in wis and losses, but rather the ability to create an environment where young people can witness Christian discipleship in the the adults involved with the program. It is important that coaches not only create space for players to improve their skills while learning teamwork, but the experiences need to include opportunities for spiritual growth and reflection.
